Syclo - Work Manager - Item Category Empty

In our Work Manager App, the “Item Category” is empty – even though materials master has data.

Is this the SAP ERP version or the Maximo version?  What release is it?  Where do you see that it is empty (what sequence of steps in the application)?  Are there any other material master fields or data components that are empty?

We are using SAP ERP Version 6.0.

We can't fetch material data, is this related to a filter or config on ECC or Agentry?

I will ask the former Syclo folks to look into your post.  For future reference, please include tags so they can find the posts in the hundred or so per day we see in SAP for Mobile.  I have added them to your post so you can see an example for future use.  Tags should include:

agentry (this is the main tag used to filter for former Syclo apps)

work_manager (or service_manager, inventory_manager, etc.)

SAP_ERP (or Maximo if that is the backend)

syclo (optional, but sometimes helpful)

version_5.2 (or something that shows the version of the application)

specific tags for your particular problem (in your case, material_master, item_category).

Hi Rueda,Did you resolve this issue? I am having the same issue but we do have large amount of data and i am thinking the fetch is running out of memory.

I remember that in our case, we did some checks on Syclo Server configuration, though we also encountered network problems which causes latency of data.

Hi Gin, Really appreciate if you can share those checks in the configuration.

I had same issue downloading large amount of EQUI and activating data staging solved my issue.

The same config is not available for MARA.
