How to get the available quantity in an batch?

i have tried to use BAPI_MATERIAL_AVAILABILITY . but it is not working .

Is there any other function module or bapi to get the available quantity in an batch ?

    Hi,

    You have to access MMBE tcode for checking material quantity available.

    You will get total quantity in table MARD (field name LABST) for particular material and company code.

    BF_READ_STOCK,

    BF_READ_STOCK_E,

    BF_READ_STOCK_K,

    BF_READ_STOCK_O and

    BF_READ_STOCK_Q.
