A STO purchase order is created & the delivery date is populated based on the planned delivery time in the material master. In the delivery schedule tab of the PO the Goods issue field a date is populated.

Special procurement key is activated. PO created date 11.09.2013(DD/MM/YYYY) the delivery date in PO  is 24.09.2013,Goods issue In the delivery schedule tab in PO is initially it was 23.09.2013 then it is 30.10.2013.The pick & pack time is 7+2.

I want to know how the system is calculating the Goods issue date in the PO?

the goods issue date should be calculated based on your delivery date.

if you want the material be with you on day X, then X minus transfer time from the route should be the goods issue date.

are there any logged changes in PO or delivery related to the dates?-Yes there is change in date,The systems shows that Purchasing document item change date (which i am not able to find where)

I see a bug in this SCN forum,I created a question(This question) & then forgot to add few inputs so i chose reply option & added few more inputs

The BUG is, i am able to give points to myself which should not be allowed which was not allowed in previous SDN forum

Purchasing document item change date  ,  this just means the delivery date of your item in middle of the item overview screen got changed by a user manually

The other issue is worked on. It was always possible to mark your own reply as helpful or correct answer. But this does not give you any points, it just makes your discussion look odd.

Hi,

After your first i have checked in the system the delivery date was 09/15/2013 & has been changed to 09/16/2013,but in the PO line the delivery date is 09/27/2013.

Yes ,I have a outbound delivery,Goods issue & Goods receipt in my PO history tab

The planned delivery time is 28 days in material master of the plant which is receiving the PO & the supplying plant is Zero
