I need to use partner type LI instead of LS.. What are the steps I need to follow?

I realized that I had given incorrect partner type in sender and after correcting it, it worked..

I am still having problem with 'Acknowledgements'..It doesn't show any error for acknowledgement in SXMB_MONI, but the 'Ack status' on the Monitor list says 'Acknowledgement not possible'.. I have assigned the logical system to the business service (using the following weblog)
