Dynamic diagonal line in adobe forms?

Hi,

I have a requirement to add diagonal line dynamicall in Adobe forms. For example 10 lines are printed on the page then remaining lines should be crossed by diagonal line. Number of lines on the page is not constant. Any idea how to acheive this.

Hi Karthi,

First of all decide on which condition you want to display a diagonal line.As you are saying no of lines is not constant.So to achieve this by using script.

Design the diagonal line by using UI elements and trigger that line to be display on certain condition.

Hope this will help and my understanding about requirement is correct.

Dear Khaleel,

Basically requirement is to strike out the remaining empty space on the page with diagonal line, please refer the below screen capture. If there is one more item then diagonal line will start from next line and should end at bottom of right corner.

If I use UI element line in subform with flowed option then diagonal line starts on the correct point but doesn't ends at bottom right corner instead it ends little before bottom right corner. If number of items are more then bottom point is getting moved towards left.

Did you manage to resolve this issue ?

I'm having similar requirement to draw dynamic line on form, please advice.

In my case , we have complex layout where we have fixed rectangle boxes are placed and having space constraints. So need to increase the line length dynamically based on no.of line items.
