Hi All,
The email is not triggered when the document is blocked due to embargo check in GTS system. We have done required settings like Created user group, assigned User id which has valid email id's in SU01D and assigned gthe user group to FTO and legal regulation combination.
We are not getting emails though we have done all these settings. No items even in SOST as well. Not sure what else is missing.
Do we need any other settings apart from this.
