No Analytics when using 'Anonymous' authentication mechanism



We have Nakisa 2.1 implemented successfully, running with SSO logon ticket via our portal. In that instance, Analytics appears OK.

Some time ago, we have configured a second instance of Nakisa, where the entire organisational structure is displayed. It is configured with ‘Anonymous’ authentication mechanism and is triggered via URL link for selected users only (restricted via network group).

However, we have realised that this instance of Nakisa does not display the Analytics functionality, unlike the original instance run via the portal.

I have compared the configuration of the two instances and there does not appear to be any difference in terms of the Analytics part of the configuration.

We were advised that Analytics are secured, and in anonymous mode, each secured item is unavailable as the application is not able to authenticate the user. Having checked the config, Analytics tasks don't appear to be secured.

How can Analytics be made available for ‘Anonymous’ settings?
