Execute the Transaction code ME2N (with your selection parameter)

    then

there will be multiple rows of data.

then ,select the PO you want to view and press "shift+F8"

      Thanks for your effort.

But this way we need to go each and every PO and it is hard if we have many number of PO’s.

I thought if there are any settings to be changed like NACE as suggested by Mr.Abhishek to work like F7 key in the basic list…

Please explain the settings to be changed in NACE…

    Hi Lakshmi,

as per thread reply, i understood that you have requirement for printing multiple PO in one shot.

In standard this is not possible by standard t code.

for printing multiple po, you have to go through customize program.

please contact to your ABAP team.

    Regards

    Dev

      Hi Devendra kumar ,

My requirement is not printing multiple PO in one shot , but to see the print preview of the PO in schedule line view..in me2n

Goto ME2N-->Views-->Purchasing Document-->Delivery Schedule(Shift + f11) , select a PO and click Print Preview (Cntrl + Shift + f10) , we are getting the preview of the entire list, but i want for a single PO.

Like ME2N -->Select PO --> Print preview ( F7 ) showing the preview of the selected PO..

      Hope you understood my requirement...

      Thanks

      Lakshmi Prabha
