Physical inventory report

Gurus,

Is there any report which shows how many times the materials in the plant, have undergone physical inventory process in a fiscal year with dates?

call TAANA

directly click Execute

Enter table ISEG

click the button to select a variant

click Ad-Hoc Variant button

Move the fields you want count from the right to the left

in your case

GJAHR WERKS MATNR

click okay

the Ad-hoc variant is flagged, just click continue

select online of background depending on the volume of records you have in ISEG and click continue

later find your table in the tree on the left, click the variant and see the results on the right

  Please check MI20 also, which will give inventory difference list. Count date can be given as input.

Hi,

   You can check whether the inventory difference has been posted in the specific period using MB51 transaction with the movement types 701 and 702.

MI24 is not much of use since it does not display the dates,MI22 displays the dates but is there any way the system can tell the PI  has been done once,twice & so on

MI22 gives the information but does not give the info how many times it has been counted in a year once or twice & so on
