We can not logon on IDES ECC 5.0

We successfully had installed and used IDES ECC(DBMax forWin) few days and after that we can`t logon to system.

On screen we have only <b>Waiting for response</b>

Cheched syslog and found the following messages

1.SAP BASIS System:Operating system call recv failer(error number 10053)

2. SAP BASIS System:Operating system call recv failer(error number 10054)

3.DataBase Database error 810 at OPC

    OSS note 780238 not completely the same, but it mentions SQL error 810, so based on this I'd try to patch the kernel, it might help.

    Anyway I'd also check the development traces, you might find more detail there.

    I agree with Peter, you should check developer trace. It seems like a problem with database.

    Hi,

    Seems like a full redo/archive log at db level. Take a backup of your redo/archive log so all comitted entries are flushed.
