For a SAPGUI script, I believe scripting has to be allowed at the profile level...

Do you have sapgui/user_scripting = TRUE in your default profile?  Also just to note this is from a Netweaver 7.02 system profile.

Good quess, but yes it is there already.

Is there any issue from the server side? that which is not allowing EEM to login?

Hi Neni,

I had also faced the same problem but I did not get any proper answer. In addition there will be occasion where in the Monitoring UI the robot is shown as disconnected but in the configuration workcenter it shows as connected.

The best option which worked for me was to remove the script assignment from the robots and remove the robots from the EEM setup and then reassign the robots and scripts.

Also there is an option of to redeploy the script and I would also recommend you to try with 2-3 different scripts including both Http and SAP GUI.

Hi Neni,

Check the “sapgui/user_scripting" scripting parameter in RZ11 and change the value to true On the managed system.

Hi Neni,

Server setting is maintaing in 2.2 Global setting option in EEM.

Please check the setting and try the option.

Also rerun the setup again for starting, so it will help to sove the issue .

Hi Neni,

Check the service file of the server where ROBOT is installed and put the entries of sapms<SID> 3600 and also check the security settings of logonpad.

Are you able to open the managed system in the system where you have installed the robot..?

Check the service file of the server where ROBOT is installed and put the entries of sapms<SID> 3600 and also check the security settings of logonpad.

Where is this Server file located?

How to check the logon pad security setting?

Thanks for your answers.

Can you confirm the following item in your menu of SAP GUI?

I would also venture to guess that SAP Scripting is not enabled on the SAP GUI that the robot is running on?

Hi Neni,

Change the below settings in the logon pad in the server where you have installed the Robot. Also correct entry in service file to sapms<SID> 3600/tcp i have missed it in my previous comment.

Are you able to open the managed system from the logon pad without any issues..?

Hi Neni,

If you are able to open the managed system from the sapgui then no issue with connecting to system.

Is your robot installed on the same managed system ..or in a different one..?

Are you able to view Business transaction (XML files) inside the temp folder of robot..?

Hi Neni,

Told you so 10 days ago, anyways it may also happen in future that in Monitoring UI the robot shows disconnected but when you check the agent it is connected. There are a few issues in EEM for which you dont get proper solution.

Best thing is either redeploy the script (there would be a button for that) then reassign the robots if the first option does not work.

Vishal
