CRM Opportunity search

Hello experts.

When starting a CRM opportunity search with the criteria "Expected decision date period" the result will be a complete list of all opportunities regardless which period you chose.

In production this search hardly comes to an end because of reading a lot of data.

Is this a bug or do I have to maintain some tables for this ?
