correspondence turned off

Hello,

The changes to correspondence control options are not effective.

Correspondence has been turned off by double click on course type -> change ->

select IT corr. control options -> uncheck auto column -> save

Correspondence Notifications are still being sent to the participants booked for the course.

Please suggest what can be done to stop notifications.

Thanks for replying.

But I have already checked this setting. It is marked as True ("X").

Also, I would like to highlight here the steps I followed to book participation after closing correspondence.

It is very important, that you book a participant to the course, the switch to the course menu (click on menu goto and choose training menu without leaving the transaction), change and save the correspondence settings in the course menu. Switch back to the participation menu (click on menu goto and choose participant menu without leaving the transaction) and book another participant for the same course.

When you leave the transaction in between, the correspondence is generated correct. The issue only appears, when you use the goto functionality.
