Hi Akella,
You need to follow the below steps.
1. Stop and start the oracle (In case you face any issue paste the error)
3. Check the alert<SID>.log(also pastes the content)
Follow the below link to check the network issues.

Hi Ashutosh
PFA alert_<sid>.log. I have restarted system couple of times. Still same issue. I have also attached the error logs I could see in sapmmc. I am running this machine on 8GB. Is there any issues with memory. I could see memory and paging sections in red color in sapmmc.
Thanks
Phani
Hi,
As per the alert log.
1) The resolution is to Add additional log group and/or Increase size of redo logs
2) To fix the problem you could increase the value of SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT on the listener.ora and the sqlnet.ora file located on the server side.
As mentioned in the note.
1825339 - PCM dataloader does not move data from staging to main tables
Your system is not PCM but this is oracle related alert.

Hi Phani,
Perform kernel upgrade. It worked for me.

Hi Mate,
I check the Pam and it stats that.
ORACLE 11.2 64-BIT + WINDOWS SRV 2008 R2/X64 64BIT
SAP JVM 6.1 maintained until 31.12.2020 | WINDOWS SRV 2008 R2/X64 64BIT |
If using all the above things it should be all good.
Thanks

ANSWER IS SIMPLE 8*3=24GB SO IN THE I THINK U KNOW THE LOCATION OF VIRTUAL MEMORY SETTINGS , IN THE INTIAL SIZE U PUT8200 , MAX SIZE U PUT 30000-35000 OK UR WISH MINIMUM IS 30000 UR INSTALLATION WILL BE SUCCESFULL I RECOMMEND TO GO FOR A FRESH INTSALLATION BCZ IN THE MIDDLE EVEN IF U CHANGE APPLICATION SERVER WONT TAKE THOSE CHANGES SO BETTER TO MAKE A FRESH INSTALLATION ALONG WITH THE OS AND MORE OVER DID U CONFIGURE VIRTUAL LOOP BACK ADAPTER AND ASSIGN A IP FOR IT AND UPDATE IN SYSTEM32/DRIVERS/ETC/HOST FILE ALONG WITH IP AND HOSTNAME OK

IT WILL BE STARTED YAA ITS OK BUT U NEED TO CHANGE FROM MANUAL TO AUTOMATIC AND VIRTUAL MEMORY SHOULD BE ABOVE 30000, FRANKLY SPEAKING VIRTUAL MEMORY SHOULD BE 3 TIMES OF MAIN MEMORY BUT U CAN KEEP ABOVE THAT IN ORDER TO START UR JAVA ENGINE AND EVERYTHING BCZ IN JAVA SERVER PROCESS 0 WILL TAKE 1.5TO 2 GB OF RAM WHILE STARTING THAN WHAT ABOUT THA APPS ABAP PROCESSES AND ALL THESE SO U NEED ABOVE 6 GB OF RAM

DID U PUT TO AUTOMATIC START OF SERVICE AND TRY SAPOSCOL IS STARTED OR NOT WICH COLLECTS THE ALL MEMORY RELATED PARAMETERS BY THE WAY WHAT IS UR RAM SIZE U NEED ATLEAST 6GB TO INSTALL PI 7.3 BCZ JAVA TAKES 4GB OF RAM THAN WHAT ABOUT OS AND ABAP MAKE SURE UR RAM IS ABOUT 6BG HAVE U SET THE VIRTUAL MEMORY ABOVE 30000 MB

Hi Phani,
Perform the steps as Pawan said. If issue still persists, perform kernel upgrade.
Alternate way to start listner --- Go to command prompt and execute command "lsnrctl start" without quotes.

Hi Jim
Thanks for your quick response. I am a PI developer trying to install latest PI 7.31 server. I am attaching dev_w0 logs and also the paging details. Is there any issue with the page size settings. My system is having 8GM Ram.
Also below is the java version I have installed in my Windows 2008 R2 server.
java version "1.4.2_17"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2_17-b06)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 1.4.2_17-b06, mixed mode)
Thanks
Phani
