Hi Experts,
I have a requirement to make an employee be Tax Exempt for the first 40K earned in the year. This is a new Law in Puerto Rico for employees who earn 40K or more a year and are under 26 years old. The Employer can not withhold tax for the first 40K earned. I've been looking for options on the IT0210, but I'm not sure if using the Tax Exempt Indicator in combination with the Exemption Amount I can achieve this.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
