RSE3003: Redundant outbound enabler connection

Hi All

I have configured a relay and required RSOE.

in my Relay log I am getting

Authenticating up channel first time connection

enabler connection for backend server '89ps' in backend farm 'mdm.ps' was
ignored

I. 2013-09-17 06:48:51. <3192.2480.F1B0Up> 4 bytes
RS_ERR_AUTHENTICATION()

I. 2013-09-17 06:48:51. <3192.2480.F1B0Up> Going to Close SHM_USE

I have checked and all recyling is disabled in IIS but I cannot get rid of this and cannot enroll any devices

please help

Were you able to resolve this problem?

I have been pulling my hair out trying to fix the same thing.
