Hello Sastry,

Please check these 2 blogs:

https://blogs.sap.com/2015/11/23/installing-sap-disclosure-management-101/

https://archive.sap.com/documents/docs/DOC-69162

So, normally after the installation, you can login with the one user that is created (and the 2nd blog shows how to change pwd if it fails)

I hope this help, otherwise check the logs in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\SAP\SAP Disclosure Management\Logs\AppServer and share what the error is

Hi Marc,

Thank you for quick turn around,

Checked the logs in in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\SAP\SAP Disclosure Management\Logs\AppServer and the folder is empty.

Not sure if I am missing something, Can you check the attached document and advice to fix the issue.

Thank you

Sastry

Hi Sastry

Seems there is an issue at IIS level, as 503 indicates some service is not running

As a first step, open IIS and check that the Disclosure Management site is running (and check what port is being used)

Note: you may need to stop the Default web-site if this is also running on port 80

Then, select the DM website and click on Browse (in the right panel)

This will open IE (or your default browser) on http://localhost/Account/LogOn?ReturnUrl=%2f (note: the port 80 is not mentioned in the URL as it is the default. If you install DM on another port, it will mention http://server:port....

Thanks

Marc

Hi Sastry

This will be hard to troubleshoot with just screenshots

It seems to me the website is not connecting to the DB - but the logs do not show why. Are there any other logs?

For IIS, can you browse to http://localhost/account/logon rather than just 'localhost'

Hi Marc,

Thanks a lot for your help and time.

Now I am able to login into DM URL with the help of DB administrator

Given permission to the CDMuser at DATABASE level and that's how the issue got fixed.

Thank you

Sastry
