DDIC & SAP* locked in CI Installtion

Hello,experts

In ERP Central Instance installtion, 000 DDIC and SAP* locked.

I deleted sap* record in USR02, however cannot logon due to too many failed attemps.

In this case, how to unlock SAP* ,and logon Client 000?

Please help me to solve this problem.
