Payroll Canada: Ontario Employer's Health Tax

How is the constant THONE for the annual exemption supposed to be used in this tax calculation? Seems like the earnings and tax are being calculated in /1H0 and /4H0 without factoring in the exemption of $400,000 so the taxes are now overstated.

This functionality is not available, Since this 400K is global amount and calculating at employee level is not available.
