ABAP Proxy Problem.

Hi all,

I have created ABAP Proxy in EXI (CLNT 100). Now if i call the proxy from a report in the same client it gives me nothing i.e. in the sxmb_moni i cant see the messages.

Where do i go wrong?

And also in the R3 system i can execute the SPROXY Transaction but it says that it is not connected to the integration builder.What shud i do?

Please help.

Hi Pramod,

ABAP proxy communication is two WebAS >= 6.40 communicating.

If your XI server is in client 100, try creating proxy with some other client and then check your scenario.

Hi Pramod,

Proxies are generated and executed in the Application system and not in the XI system. You will need to generate it in the R/3 system and call it there.

In your R/3 system check your connections to XI using the transaction SLDCHECK. If it gives errors, ensure that you have done all the config steps to connect to the XI system. The config guide is the best place to get all the steps, in proper order.

Hi Pramod,

I think you have not configured your R/3 system so that it connects to SLD and takes Information about Integration server.

Look at the configuration Guide so that you can configure you R/3
