Not able to delete web template

Hi Experts,

I have created created web templates for few queries. But unfortunately i have deleted the queries with out deleting the templates first.

Now the queries has been deleted but the templates remains under my Role in WAD. when i try to delete those templates system is saying that those templates are not available.

This is the error i am getting " Deletion not possible"(CL_RSZ_WWW_DB_INTERFACE3 is not available in database).

pls suggest me how can i remove that template being visibe from my role.

there is a report to delete templates manually:

RSZW_DELETE_CORRUPT_TEMPLATES

Hi Jochen,

I have entered the template name in the popup. But no response. Template doesn't get deleted. I have authization to delete the template also.

i think if go to PFCG-> Menu and delete the links to the webtemplates there, it should solve the problem.

Hi Siddhu,

It seems That program is to re-organize crystal reports only.

Where as my requirement is to re-organize web templates under Roles.
