CRT Problem

Hello Experts,

I have addon installed on a DEV Server , when i wanted to upgrade the EA-HR component i received add-on conflict requiring including CRT ,

when i tried to make the CRT from the original system which the add on was developed on it , it gives me no conflict.

Now the question is , "Is it mandatory to upgrade the original server also in order to detect the conflict and be able to deal with it ? " or there's another way or tool to make a CRT in every server i install the addon ?

Also is it possible to bypass this error and not dealing with CRT ??

Appreciate your quick reply.

    Hi Sara,

I dont think there is an option to bypass the CRT.

Is DEV the original system where the add on was deveoped on? From m understanding, this is not the server where you are upgrading EA-HR component, is that correct?

Please can you post screenshots of the error you are getting, prompting for the CRT

    • hi Sara,

You need to include the CRT because you can't proceed without required CRT.

Please check the log and find the missing CRTs and upload.

there is issue on above attached snap because there is not showing any specific CRTs. So, Please read this SAP note because

you can redo the xml stack file and use a lower level of support package. crts we found out are usually for the very last sp and they can give problems, because sometimes they are not relased yet
