Hi Guys,

I have resolved the issue by stopping the upgrade services and re created the drive with bigger size by moving the SUM file system and packages.. Thank you very much for the support provided.

Hi Guys,

Thanking in advance for the support..

Now i am in the 3rd stage (configuration). To my knowledge the shadow instance creation has already been started (correct me if i am wrong) .. So as Paul said ,if i reset the run whether it would cause any prob for the second run?

Regards

Sandy Sam

As a workaround you can create a soft link between your current location to new location and continue with your upgrade.

Thanks

Hi Sandy,

Yes, you can reset the upgrade safely before you enter downtime. Just ensure you perform the reset correctly by clicking the "back" button until you reach the initial screen. Refer to the SUM guide for more info.

Hi Sandy,

Unless you are very far into the SUM process, I would recommmend resetting the current run and starting from the beginning. the last thing you will want is to get far into downtime and then come across an issue due to the old path being references while the packages are in the new path. Its not worth the risk, especially if in the prepare phases, I would start over, using the new path
