Date Format

Hello Experts

I have a small problem regarding date format..

In my user settings(SU01) i selected DD.MM.YY as a date format. when i execute a query, in selection option i have calday.

For ex: i am entering <b>01.11.2001</b> but its saying its saying something like date format not supported. Its accepting MM.DD.YY format <b>11/01/2001</b>. Is there any differenct setting to be done for this..any help is really appreciated..

    Menu: System/User profile/Own Data.

      Thanks for your quick reply..In my user profile, i selected DD.MM.YY. but still in query its not accepting. When i give MM.DD.YY its accepting. What might be the reason..thanks

    Have u tried this

    System -> User profiles -> Own data -> Fixed values

    Hi Kanth,

    Once you change the format of the date you would need to log off and login again. Only then the changes will be reflected.
