Hi Guru's

I have a requirement to filter out the data in a bex query.I need to filter out the data whose sales orders created on greater than the user entered

Date.

The user entered date is a varaiable created on 0Netdue date.I should not report on the data for the sales orders created on after the date entered by the user.

How can I implement in the bex?

Thanks in advance.

Srini.

Hi,

  1. Right click on that sale order creatd date--Restrict--Show variables--Click on create new variable

Give some technical name and meaningful description---Processing by Replacement path

Reference characteristic---(That date on which variable is being created in your case sales order created date)

Replacement path tab---Replace variable with (give the technical name of that variable which you                         created on net due date)----Replace with key---Save the variable and give ranges---less than or equal to.

Hope this helps.

AL

Hi,

You can achieve with ANshu's approach with small change in the approach. You have to select "Greater Than or Equal to".

Hi Sri ,

You can achieve the same by using Replacement variable as suggested by Anshu.

Thanks
