HR:Leave Encashment

hi

i have one issue regarding leave encashment in HR.i had done leave encashment for all leaves which i have

suppose i have 50 leaves total.and i have done leave encashment in last month salary process.and got the whole amount.

and now my leave balance is Nil.now i want to replace my leave encashment of 40 leaves and want from accounts to take 10 days leave encashment money from me.and provide me 10 leaves in my leave Balance.

is it possible in SAP.as i have tried all options.system is not provind any possibilty to do this type of things

kindly guide me.

Hi Gaurav,

Do you changed it 0416 for the employee from 50 to 40 then Quota will be recovered automatically,

and also check that arrears for the Leave encashment wt is available in system or not,
