Hi,

Goto infopackage-->Scheduler menu from top-->Initializations for source system-->Select the request and press delete.

After this, you can run the infopackage without transfer as per your wish.

Hi raghu,

You are getting this error message bcoz of the previous INIT which exist for this IP.

You might have deleted data from the DSO but not the INIT selections in info package.First delete the INIT request.

As suman n kalpana suggested you can delete the previous INIT then go ahead with your INIT with out data transfer option in IP.

Hi Raghu,

As already suggested by Suman, follow the approach.

Also snapshots have been made provided.

it is clearly telling that already init is existing .if u want to run init first delete already existing init.

Go to info package scheduler --> initilization option for source system--> select that request and delete it.

Hi,

For Re-initialize delta process, you have to delete old init request first, Old init request must be there, thats why this error comes.

For deleting old init request from infopackage, Goto infopackage-->Scheduler menu from top-->Initializations for source system

you will see one request there...select that request and delete it..one pop up will appear..click on OK.

Thanks,

Prasoon.

Hi Raghu,

You can delete the init request from info package scheduler . If you facing any issue in deleting the same then you can delete it from the Table RSDDLINITDEL in debug mode.

Thanks

Hi

Easiest is if you go into the infopacjage and then from the mene initialization for source system and delete the request that is listed.

now you can do your init

hope it helps

Hi Raghu,

Your info package already enabled delta. no need to run init again. you can run full load or delta load only.

If you need to run init again you need to kill the ecc/bw jobs of init.

At Side: SM37

Bw job: from info package monitor screen, tab - Header , copy the request id.

go to SM37 bw server, job name: <enter copied req id>

                                          user id: *

status: cancel, finish and active. once you find job. kill it.

At ECC side, go to SM37 job name: BI<enter bw req id>

                                                user : *

                            status: cancel,active and finish.

you will get a job kill it.

How to delete init:

Go to info pack --> menu scheduler--> initialize options for source system, there you can see existing init. delete that one.

Again trigger the info pack init with data transfer.

Thanks
