Calibration Grid in Talent Management !!!

Dear All,

I am working on EHP4 system and via SPRO, I have check the calibration grid configuration as I am working on CSP module..

However, I want to know about the functionality of calibration grid and how to use it.

    Hi Ritu,

    The Calibration Grid is used in Talent Review Meetings for plotting individuals into boxes based on their performance and potential ratings. This helps Talent Management Specialists and Managers identify who are the highest performing and highest potential (often referred to as HiPo) individuals within that meeting. The grid axis are Performance rating and Potential rating, which come from the Performance form (Performance and sometimes Potential) and the Potential assessment (Potential if not assessed via the Performance Assessment).

    In EhP5 individuals can be added to the Grid that don't have performance and/or potential ratings so that this data can be created. In EhP6 the boxes can be color coded and follow-up activities performed on individuals on the Grid.
