Potential Owner error

Hi expert,

I work on 7.31 NWDS and BPM server.And I try to add potential owner but User Name is not visible and also no error occur.What is your suggestion ?

This issue resolved by redeployed server at the beginning thansk for your replay.

Hi Yalcin,

Please check the user has been created in Identity management and if yes please do follow the above steps to get the user displayed in nwds.  And also Please check whether SPML read and write actions are assigned to the user's role.

Hi Yalcin,

Please make sure you are connected to the server(UME properly configured) where your BPM is being developed when you are trying to do this. In case you are developing this BPM on a DI Track, make sure you are logged on to it.

Once you are connected, enter the username(or the first few letters of the username) and click on 'Search'.

Once you do this, the username will appear in the search results below. Select the username and click on 'Add'. This will set the username as 'Principal to Select'.

Once it enters the right hand side of the box, click on 'OK'.

You are done.
