Absence error required screen changes can not be made not all employee

Dear Experts,

I got problems with IT2001 for some employees.

When I create absence, it getting message "Could not select a screen from table T554S" and "required screen changes can not be made"

it confusing because it happen not to all employee.

I've check table V_554S_O, absence type screen is 2001 already.

Is there any other data / configuration that I need to check to solve this?

Check Feature P2001 assignments (PE03).

Change it to 2000.

Hi Inez,

Though not sure -check for which absence type , this error is popping up and see if entry screen is maintained.could you please also check the history of absence record of EE's IT 2001 and see if any of the absence record has got missing/incorrect screen number ?

It seems there is issue with absence records only - Try to cross check with two PERNRs and compare their IT 2001 , you can get some clue.

Are you getting the same message for two EEs of the same PS and EG groups?

What is the different between two EEs you are getting error and not getting error?
