Hi Ranga,

Yes, we can always do the Full load after initialise delta load.

This becomes very important when we have to release the locks in the Production SAP R/3 in no time.

since we cannot release the locks with out enabliling the delta by running Initilise delta loads, So we run the Initialise delta without Data transfer and the enable it for Delta and release the locks at SAP R/3 side.

And we run the full to pull the other data records even after it is enabled for delta.

We neeed to be very care full about the Data selections what we use.

if we use the same data selections for both the Initialise delta and the Full Load then we need to set the Full Update to Repair and load it.

Reg's,

Pratap Reddy Bodimalla.

Only into an infocube.

Not in an ODS, if the full comes from the same datasource of the init (and for that, you need to do a repair full request).

Hope now is clearer...

Bye,
