Printing in NumatCard in Payment Wizard

I am trying to add the NumatCard field to the Payment Wizard PLD.

I am trying to use the field NumAtCard from PWZ3. I tried to use IdNumber from OPWZ to create a relation but I see the PLD does not display that table. When I add it pressing the Alt + Shift i select IdNumber from OPWZ but when showing the output, it repeats 1 for everyline
