Customer/ pricing changes not downloaded in CRM


Dear Friends,

We have some issue in our production system that is preventing the automatic download of any customer/customer changes/ pricing/ pricing condition changes to CRM from ECC. I can bring these records/ changes manually using R3AR4 without an issue but I am not sure what caused this automatic replcation.

This is just started two weeks back and we never had this problem before.

Can anyone suggest where/ what to look at to resolve this issue. Appreciate your help.
