Can't Edit My Profile Data

Hi,

I am trying to edit my profile and am unable to make changes to existing content.  The edit feature only allows me to fill-in the gaps.  Can you tell me how i can change existing content in my profile.

Hi Erica,

As an SAP employee account, your data is pulled and synchronized with the central corporate ID services. This is why you cannot change your name, e-mail address, mailing address, etc.  You can, however, hide most of these fields via the privacy settings.

Take make changes to the locked fields, contact sapnetwork@sap.com for assistance.

One More Issue can be there if you are using your SAP Email ID(xyz@sap.com), then it will take data by default from your SAP Data base.

in that case you won't be able to update data from SCN. then you need to update data on your portal.

Hello,

Go to your profile and then click on Edit Profile in right side. Now everything will be in editable state.
