Cycle counting with A,B and C indicators

Dear Experts,

Here i have activated Cycle counting for warehouse and different indicators maintained in Material master .

A - Thrice in a year   and float is 5 days

B - Same as above

C - Twice in a year and float is 10 days

D - Once in a year and float is 15 days

Now here in month of September i have activated Cycle counting procedure so system is showing following data with overdue status for  A ,B and C indicator

But for D indicator it is showing status scheduled and New PI date is 31.12.2013

Bin   Materials  (A,B and C ind)    Status     New PI date

XYZ   ZZZ   ((A,B and C ind)       Overdue   Current system date

ABC  MMM  (D ind)                  Scheduled  31.12.2013

Now my concern over here is i do understand the date logic calculation which is based on Factory calender.But if i execute first line in above data (materials with A,B and C ind) then system is creating a document in current date say 12.09.2013 but i can enter the count there at any date it may be 11.09.2013 or 13.09.2013 and onward......So i just want to know where the float days effect will be?
