Archive interactions in the ticket in C4C


Hi pros,

Is it polssible to archive client interactions after the last 3 ones in Ticket Overview?

By default all interactions are shown in full. In case of exchanging long emails this causes lots of scrolling in case the user wants to compose a new email.

Bringing Compose new email block before Interactions cases a huge blank space to appear:
