Posting from Profit center to product in COPA

Hello All,

Pls help me on below requirement:

We have an Marketing Exp. GL tagged to indicator prof segment in OKB9. Direct FI posting has been done on this GL against profit center. So Profitability segment updated with Charc. profit center. Now we want to allocate this cost from profit center to few products under the same profit center. Pls help how can this be done within COPA ?

Hi ,

Use TDD - tcode KE28

You need to select value field revenue or COGS as tracing factor and select DLV under Characteristic where you want to distribute

under Retain - Select profit center,Business area and company code.- system will distribute in same profit center

Hi..

You can use top-down distribution to slove your needs.

You need to use Top Down Dist in COPA (KE28)
