EHP6 error,PREP_EXTENSION/TR_CMDIMPORT_FDTASKS!

Dear Experts,

       While upgrading the EHP4 to EHP6,I got the below error.upgraded the TP and DBSL,still the same error.

Error is easily visible from the logs.

your tp & R3trans are of different version. This can only happen if you changed the tp or  R3trans with wrong version in earlier phase or something similar.
