Inventory Report

Hi every one,

  I require Inventory Report in this Actual Stock for a period means

Opening Stock + Receipts -Issues = Closing balance

And We have Buckets like

BUQ(0-30)   Quantity

BUQ(31-60)  Quantity

BUQ(61-90)   Quantity

BUQ(91-120) Quantity

where we can get this data ?

Am using MKPF,MSEG tables  for Receipts and Issues data and

MARDH table for Opening Stock is this correct

Hi,

Check  t code MB5B and check table SO39

MBEWH - Stock with period and year

MBEW  - Stock wtih current period and year

MSEG - Material Movement data details

MKPF - Material Movement data header

in general you can see in the movement itself how the total quantity and value of valuated stock was before the movement was posted. this is an important information trace the development of the price, value and quantity at any later point of time.

Fields in MSEG: LBKUM and SALK3

If that could help you for your report ...I dont know, especially with own developments different approaches to reach the same goal are possible.

Hi,

      Please refer Tcode  - S_P00_07000139 (Stock Card and Inventory Material Report) to get stock report as you required .As already suggested above , MB5B or  MC.9 report can also be used for opening, Receipt, Issue & closing stock.

Or Refer table MSEG,MKPF & MBEWH for data related to stock.
