Error in C4C by updating a sales quotes in ERP

Dear Community,

we replicate sales quotes/orders from ERP to C4C. if we create a sales quotes in ERP, it is replicated to C4C successfully. if we update a sales quotes and Change a text-item to a Standard Item, the Change doesn´t come to C4C and we got the error message "

Item Type Standard Item is not permitted ". C4C is not able to override/update the Item?! Does anyone know what the Problem is?

Dear Khalil,

Quote replication from ERP to C4C has few restrictions. Any quote replicated from ERP to C4C is read-only. It cannot be further updated/edited by user or replication.

Hence, the update message coming to C4C wouldn't update the quote anyway. This is current system behavior, however with 1702 release, end to end Quote replication would be introduced. Once your system is upgraded, kindly recheck the scenario with a fresh document(quote) replicated from ERP.
