How to tranfer fto and legal unit between differnent client?

Dear Expert,

We defined 30+ fto and legal unit in Dev system. it will be high effort to maintain them in QAS and PRD manually.

Is there any automatic way to tranfer fto and legal unit between difernent client, different system?

Hi Hedy,

You can copy your fto to other system and change header of it.

This is a problem I had met before.

I'm not sure. Is this a good answer for you or not?

standard function.

IMG --> Global Trade Services --> General Settings --> Organizational Structure --> Transport Foreign Trade Organizations to Downstream Systems

Transaction /SAPSLL/BP_DIST_FTO

The same for legal units:

Transport Legal Units to Downstream Systems

Transaction /SAPSLL/BP_DIST_FTVB

You need to choose correct RFC destination.
