Hello,
I am using Visual Studio 2010. I have added an OLE Object Paintbrush Picture to SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010. I want to load an image to OLE Object Paintbrush Picture at run time. The path to the image is located in a table column in an SQL server 2005 database.
To do so, I right-clicked the OLE Object and selected Format Object. Then i selected the Picture tab, selected graphic location and set the formula to the field holding the image path.
My problem is i can see the image in the OLE Object at design time...but not at run time.
Can someone help me?
thanks

Not sure if this is what you are seeing. Also, the seach string 'crystal graphic net' (search box in top right corner) should return a number of KBAs that may help.

Hello Ludek,
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it seems your reply does not help.
I'm using vb.net 2010 and the integrated SAP Crystal Reports for vs2010.
I have already design my report with an OLE Object meant to display the picture of employees. I have set the graphic location of the OLE object to the pictures path which is in a table in sql server 2005.
When I preview the report at design time, the OLE object displays each employee picture when i move through the records. But at run time the OLE object does not display anything..it's blank..as if the graphic location was not set.
Kindly help.
Thanks
Not sure if your search found this KBA:
1547124 - CRVS2010 - Red X displayed in report instead of dynamic images
If this does not help, what do you actually see? Screenshot?
