Dear Gurus,

My client offering Seismic survey services for oil and gas sector, they use a material Dynamite.

For the above material they charge in the following way to the customer.

Single Deep Hole           No of Hole/SP (Shot point)              Hole Depth            US$/Km

                                                        01                                   12                     1200

I create Dynamite as a service material, single deep hole as a condition type, Hole depth is just a information, rate $1200 will be multiply with No. of Hole/SP, like if there is 2 hole/sp value comes $2400.

But suggest what will be the unit of measure, like rate is in KM but it is fix, it will multiply with No of hole, but i have only one material, and there is no conversion factore in b/w km and hole/sp.

Looking for the gurus feedback.

Regards,

Hi

Please try to have "Holes" as your UOM and then based on the number of Holes your price would get multiplied. Also maintain the condition record based on your material.

Try with EA (Each) unit of measure. This will reflect no of holes and enter the quantity in order.
