Ver9 changed decimal point but it doesnt take effect

Hi,

Just want to check does anyone using version 9 has this problem? My customer is on version 9 PL 5, when they go to general settings to change 'Price' decimal points from 2 to 3, go to Sales Order or Invoice screen, enter prices with 3 decimal point, screen will auto reflect only 2 decimals and the total is also calculated base on 2 decimal points. The changes doesnt seems to take effect.

Go back to General Settings, the decimal points for Prices is in fact 3. Reboot server as well, but the situation is the same. Any idea? Is it a bug?
