uPerform installation 4.5

Hi,

just completed the installation of uPerform, but when i try to access the website, i get a blank screen or

Service Temporary Unavailable!

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Jakarta/ISAPI/isapi_redirector/1.2.30

Resolved, since our server is in a multi zone network, I updated my HOSTS file on the server to resolve the users DNS.  My issue was related to the network.  Problem solved.
