GR number in PR status Tab

Hello Team ,

Is there any possibility to bring the GRN number in PR status Tab ( Standard Way ) ?

Im able to see the PO number and RFQ number in PR status tab, but Customer wants the GR number and IR number also . Is it possible ?

As I aware , the PR is the internal document and the PO is the external where we get the history of PO , GR and IR. Please correct me if Im wrong and please let me know if any way is exist .

Thanks and Regards

Pavan G Kulkarni .

    Hi,

There is no standard configuration to get GR No in PR Status tab. That data is available with PO history only.U have to double click on po to get GR no fo that PR.

Ask your ABAPER to develop report with relation of table - EBAN , EKKO, EKPO ,MKPF & MSEG.

    Thanx

    Hi,

As of my knowledge, the GRN and IR details will be available in PO document only, not in PR.

You may convince the customer saying that the PR is an internal document and there can be multiple PO and grn for the same PR. So the same cant be occupied in PR. Customer can very well track the PO number from PR and check the corresponding PO for the GR or IR details.

    Hope its helpful.

    Regards,

You would only get the GR qty, Posting date, IR quantity, Posting date, Movement type, PO History category, Agreement number, item no, Transaction event key etc. GR / IR / Service entry sheet Document numbers are not shown in standard in PR item tab under status tab.

If you want to see the follow on document numbers then you can double click on the Po document number and it will takes you to the PO history tab where you can see the desired follow on document numbers.
