Hi John,

I’ve come across a similar issue and myself found that QM results out of SAP is like getting “blood out of a stone”:)

Although some of the in screen functions were OK, none of the SAP standard reporting would provide full details we needed, in an extractable format that we required.
i.e., (MC##, QGA2, QN51, QA33 etc).

Our solution in the end was working with a 3rd party to produce a bespoke report that
extracted the results of multiple inspection lots.

Hope this helps.

To copy to clipboard you can select in the menu List->Export->Local File. You can select save the data to excel, html, clipboard.....

best regards

There are no real "easy" ways to do this in SAP.

Most people develop their own custom reports for this.  There are several ways the data can be stored in SAP depending on the settings you use and the functionality you use that it is very difficult for SAP to provide a "results report" that meets everyone needs.

Please look at transaction QGA3 for instance.  The SAPscript form QM_INSP_RESULT provided by SAP is ugly and pretty much useless.  This is intentional as clients are to modify it for there own uses and it is not meant to be used "out-of-the-box".

If you are batch managed, it is probably easier to get batch results.

If you need inspection results exported you'll pretty much need to develop something yourself.
