Here my client has one requirement when ever any employee join in company upto one month he should not get quota after one month he can eligible for quota for this i have maintained validity and deduction period relevant 1 month and below deduction 1 month other than this do i have to maintain any steps please help me out..................

Hi Mohan,
I recommend to put a sample case.
For example if you hire an EE at 15.01.2013 you would generate quota from 15.02.2013 or you would generate quota from 15.01.2013 but EE just be able to use it from 15.02.2013?
What is the quota amount? Is it prorated or fix amount?
What is the accrual period? is it monthly? Would you like to give quota exactly after a month or at the beginning of next month?
