Error in WEBDYNPRO Creation

Hi,

When im creating a WEB DYNPRO Application im getting the ERROR MSVCR71.DLL file not Available.

but when i import the Exsisting Project Welcome Project.

I m able to Deploy it and Run it Also.

I m not able to create my own WEB DYNPRO Application.

Plz Help me.
