Hi All,
Please help me out on the below issues,
Is SAP HR can be implemented without OM, If yes then how? then what will be the issue if implemented without OM ?
In PM-->PA Why object tables like T513, T513S, T528B, T528T and T527X tables are given ? What is the purpose ?
Waiting for valuable inputs.
Best Regards,
Devendra Reddy D.
Hi,
you can implement HR without OM. but OM module is importand when you want to define your company org-structure, reporting structure, maintained standard workflow notification, object wise cost transfer (if you need to assign cost center to position or org unit level) etc..
In OM, you can maintained obejcts like org unit. position, job ,task, costcenter etc.
we are not creating object via those tables.it be written to those tables in the background by system itself.
why your considering those tables? any specific requirement?

Dinesh

By the way, The tables you have mentioned are related to OM objects. If you look into they are related to Job, Position and so on. If you don't use OM you won't need them.

Dear Devendra,
Personnel Administration(PA) and Organizational Management(OM) are to basic modules of SAP HCM. First let me know which modules you are implementing? Then you an find the integration points with OM.
Obviously without OM you can hire your EEs into system. you can use 99999999 as default position for all EEs. When you implement OM in future there is possibility to update PA data from OM side.

Omid
